Conference Registration Fees

Author Registration Fee (on or before 9 September 2010)	USD 580

Additional Page Fee (for each additional page beyond 4 pages) (on or before 9 September 2010)	USD 80

• One Author Registration covers one (1) paper. Multiple registrations are required for multiple papers.
• All authors must assure their payments received by 9 September 2010 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings.
• Either the Author Registration Fee or the Listener Fee includes six tea-breaks, three lunches, one conference banquet, and one CD-ROM of the conference proceedings. If you wish to attend the conference without publishing a paper (or if your paper has been covered by another dedicated registration from your co-author), you may pay the Listener Fee. To guarantee availability of the conference proceedings, listener fees must be received by 9 September 2010.
• A maximum of 4 pages in the double-column style is covered by one Author Registration Fee for a paper. Up to 5 additional pages is allowed at additional page charge. Additional Page Fees must be received by 9 September 2010 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings.

Refund Policies

• 80% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made in writing and received by 15 September 2010.
• No refunds for cancellations will be made after 15 September 2010.

The organizer shall not be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participants in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the Registration Form.

More details on registration will be included in the review notification emails after the review process and registration will start at that time.
